Meeting Spot

-Simple design of space: Creates a barrier -free environment for both clients to inter-relate to each other, despite their contrasting backgrounds and ideas.

-Lowered platform in the middle: Allows a variety of use. For example, both clients can sit on the sides to chat, or they could also utilise the large space in the middle to do practical work. This platform also decreases the need for other things such as furniture, allowing the meeting spot to seem spacious and tidy.

-The effect of lighting: The bright side of the platform represents Nightingale and the "dark" side represents Hawkins. This creates a sense of "marking their spot".
